Deleted Ubuntu Partition/Windows Content: "Error: unknown filesystem" -
Tried Several Previous Threads for Guidance

I'm very new to this, but I'd appreciate any help at all.
I have a laptop in which I had Ubuntu 12.04 LTS on, and I'm trying to
delete the Ubuntu Partition. Well, I actually deleted the Ubuntu partition
when in Windows Disk Management in the control Panel or so, and I think
the way I did it may have caused some problems.
While in Windows, there were no problems at all and everything was
functioning optimally. However, after shutting down the computer and then
re-booting it's not finding the Windows 7 partition at all and it's still
looking for the Ubuntu I believe.
Therefore I'm getting the error "Error: unknown filesystem ; grub rescue>"
(with the ";" indicating newline)
I just created a 64-bit Windows 7 repair disc on another PC in my house,
booted to it went through every single System Restore point possible and
after always reading a successful system restore it just reads the same
original "Error: unknown filesystem" on reboot.
I've also tried using the repair startup problems with windows within the
Windows System Repair disc, but it doesn't recognize any issues.
I'd appreciate any and all help with this issue!
